Peggy B. Bowlin Green

	Peggy B. Bowlin Green, 90, of DuQuoin, passed away at 9 a.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2000 at the Memorial Hospital of Carbondale.
	Peggy was a homemaker and had worked at Theobalds Bakery, Walgreens and Marshall Browning Hospital.  She was a member of the First Christian Church of DuQuoin, the Golden Circle Sunday School Class and the DuQuoin Eastern Star.
	She was born April 16, 1910 at DuQuoin, the daughter of James and Margaret (Conley) Napier.  She married Norf James Bowlin in 1930 and he passed away in 1936.  She then married John W. Green on November 8, 1969 at DuQuoin and he passed away March 28, 1981.
	She is survived by one daughter- Billie Allen of DuQuoin, two sons- Jim Bowlin of DuBois, Bob Bowlin of Haines City, Florida, two step sons- J.W. Green of Winter Haven, Florida, Phillip Green of Murphysboro, one step-daughter- Rosnell Beasley of Carterville, nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, five brothers and two sisters.
	Funeral services were Friday, October 6 at 1 p.m. at the Searby Funeral Home in DuQuoin with Rev. Chester Zimmer officiating.
	Friends called from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Friday at the Searby Funeral Home in DuQuoin.  Interment was in the Harrison Cemetery at Buckner.
